Huawei FTTR Fiber Installation Kit

The Huawei FIK01 is an installation kit designed for adhesive-coated, transparent fiber optic cables with dimensions of 1.2 x 1.6 mm. The tool enables simultaneous cable guiding and adhesive application. The head of the tool heats the adhesive coating on the fiber, allowing it to bond to the mounting surface. During operation, the cable is automatically unwound from the spool, which must be mounted onto the tool. The kit includes two batteries, each capable of installing approximately 100 meters of cable on a full charge. Also included is a foldable handle, approximately 111 cm in length, which facilitates work near ceilings or in hard-to-reach areas.

Battery Powered

The device is designed for battery operation and comes with two batteries that screw directly onto the tool. The FIK01 also features a standard USB-C port, allowing you to connect a regular power bank if needed. A standard battery provides enough power to install approximately 100 meters of cable, which is more than sufficient for connecting a subscriber. The tool, with the battery attached, weighs less than 500 grams, making it compact and practical, with no power cable restricting your movement.

Additional Handle and Carrying Case

The kit includes an additional three-section handle with a total length of approximately 111 cm. It's especially useful for installing cable near the ceiling, allowing you to work without the need for a ladder. Also included is a carrying case that makes storing and transporting the FIK01 easier.
